For MSPs

The RMM your technicians will actually use.

Built for MSPs juggling multiple clients, without the bloat, the contracts, or the legacy UI.

An RMM that's focused on being an RMM. It's the whole product, not a line item in someone's suite.

RMM is the product, not a line item

Most RMMs at scale are acquisition products: bought, bundled, then left to age. Level does one thing well, so the parts you touch every day keep getting better.

Client overview

Every new client multiplies the busywork. The fleet grows. The team doesn't.

Technicians buried in routine work

Maintenance, alerts, and check-ins pile up faster than a small team can clear them across every account.

Every client is its own world

Different tools, policies, and quirks per environment mean constant context-switching and a separate console for access, patching, and monitoring.

Onboarding that drags for weeks

Manual enrollment, re-created policies, and lost configuration turn each new client into a multi-week project.

Switch between clients without losing context. Each client's devices, alerts, and automations stay scoped.

Client workspace

Everything multi-client management demands. Built for many clients from day one, never retrofitted for one.

Every client, separated by default

Organize by client from day one, not bolted on later.

  • Permissions scoped per client
  • Client-level reporting built in
  • Many orgs, not one retrofitted

Automation at client scale

Tag a client's devices and automations run live across the fleet.

  • Auto-onboard a new client's fleet
  • Every run logged per device
  • Live results, not next-scan

Migrate without the downtime

Scripted PowerShell enrollment moves a fleet in a weekend.

  • No downtime during the move
  • No lost configuration
  • Run side by side until you switch

No contracts, no lock-in

Month-to-month billing you can cancel anytime.

  • Month-to-month, cancel anytime
  • No annual lock-in or minimums
  • Add or remove devices anytime

Connects to the PSA you already run. Your tickets and your RMM, finally in sync.

Built for lean teams running big fleets. A few technicians can manage hundreds of endpoints from anywhere.

The questions MSPs ask first. Migration, integrations, and what it costs to run.

Which PSA tools does Level connect to?

Level connects to the PSA and documentation tools MSPs run, including ConnectWise and HaloPSA, so tickets and device data stay in sync with your RMM. New integrations are added regularly.

How hard is it to migrate from our current RMM?

Most MSPs move client by client. Script the agent install with PowerShell, enroll a client fleet over a weekend, and keep your existing tool running side by side until you are ready to switch.

Can I separate access and reporting by client?

Yes. Multi-tenancy is built in. Scope technician permissions to specific clients, group devices by client, and report per client without untangling a shared list.

Is there a contract?

No. Billing is month-to-month and you can cancel anytime. There is no annual lock-in, and the first 10 devices are free.

Will automations run safely across multiple clients?

You decide where each automation runs. Target it by client, group, or tag, require approval before anything changes, and review a full log of every run.

How many endpoints can one technician manage?

Lean teams run large fleets on Level. With automation handling routine work and remote access a click away, a few technicians manage hundreds of endpoints across clients.
